1. Product Overview:

Fourth, the construction reference:
- ◆Surface treatment: Safely remove impurities such as floating ash and oil stains on the surface of the workpiece to be painted, so that the surface of the workpiece to be coated is clean and dry;
- ◆ Construction method: spraying;
- ◆ Diluting agent: pure water or clean tap water;
- ◆Dilution ratio: add water according to 5%~10% of the weight of the original paint, or adjust the appropriate amount according to the specific situation;
- ◆ Construction viscosity: spraying viscosity: 25~30 seconds (coating -4 cups, 23±2 °C);
- ◆ Drying method: 180±2°C, bake at constant temperature for 30 minutes;
- ◆Coating thickness: Single-layer dry film thickness 10μm ~ 20μm.
5. Precautions:
- ◆ The quality of substrate treatment will directly affect the final effect and protective performance of the coating film;
- ◆ The coated workpiece should stand in a dust-free environment for 5~10 minutes before entering the baking equipment;
- ◆This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place at a temperature of 0°C~45°C, and the validity period is half a year; If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
