1. Product Overview:

    • ※This product uses water as the dispersion medium, no ignition point at room temperature, no combustion and no explosion;

    • ※There are no toxic and harmful substances in the construction process and the coating film forming process, which is in line with environmental protection requirements.

2. Scope of application:

This epoxy flooring product is suitable for ordinary painting of light industrial plant floors such as electronic textiles.

Fourth, the construction reference:

◆ Construction of water-based epoxy sealing primer:

The A and B components of the water-based epoxy sealing primer are fully stirred evenly according to 3:1 (weight ratio), and directly brushed or roller applied after standing for 5~8 minutes, and the next construction can be carried out after an interval of 12~24 hours;

◆ Construction of water-based epoxy floor topcoat:

The A and B components of the water-based epoxy floor topcoat are fully stirred evenly according to 6:1 (weight ratio), and after standing for 5~8 minutes, add 5%~15% water to brush or roller coat, and the next construction can be carried out after an interval of 12~24 hours;

◆ Construction times and thickness:

◆ Three times (0.3~0.5mm): closed bottom once (0.1~0.15mm) + top coat twice (0.2~0.4mm);

◆ Four times (0.4~0.7mm): two times for closed bottom (0.2~0.3 mm) + twice for topcoat (0.2~0.4mm);

(Note: The selection of the number of application passes is based on the standard of not affecting the adhesion of the topcoat and the uniformity of the gloss).

◆About the coating rate:

◆The coating rate of water-based epoxy sealing primer is 8~9m2/kg;

◆The coating rate of water-based epoxy floor topcoat is 8~10m2/kg.

5. Precautions:

◆ There should be no hollowing, cracks, oil pollution and other phenomena on the ground, and the moisture content of the plain land should be less than 8%;

◆ The ground should be dusted and decontaminated, and it is recommended to use a strong grinder to polish and clean it as a whole

◆The service life of this epoxy flooring product is 1~2 hours (after the mixing of A and B components);

◆ After the topcoat is finished, it needs to be dried for 2~3 days before walking, and the vehicle traffic should be 6~7 days later!

6. Storage and packaging:

This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a temperature of 5 °C ~ 45 °C, and the validity period is one year.

◆Water-based epoxy sealing primer: component A 12kg/barrel, component B 4kg/barrel;

◆Water-based epoxy floor topcoat: component A 18kg/barrel, component B 3kg/barrel;
