1. Product Overview:

  • ◆Category: This product is a one-component drying pigment that uses high-grade resin as a film-forming substance;

2. Scope of application: It is suitable for all kinds of light industrial products, electromechanical, instrumentation, transportation and other metal surfaces.

  • ◆Surface treatment: Safely remove impurities such as floating ash, floating rust, oil stain on the surface of the workpiece to be painted, so that the surface of the workpiece to be painted is clean and dry;
  • ◆Construction method: dip coating;
  • ◆Diluting agent: purified water or deionized water;
  • ◆Dilution ratio: add water according to 20%~30% of the weight of the original paint (please add water to dilute according to the lower limit of 20% in this test, and continue to dilute if necessary);
  • ◆Application viscosity: Dip viscosity: 20~22 seconds (coat-4 cups, 23±2 °C);
  • ◆Drying method: 210±2°C, bake at constant temperature for 150~180 seconds;

6. Adjustment of bath parameters:

◆ Viscosity: If the viscosity is low, the original paint should be added for adjustment, and if necessary, part of the tank liquid should be withdrawn and the original paint should be added for adjustment; If the viscosity is high, deionized water should be added for adjustment, but the solid content should not be less than 18.5%; If the viscosity is too high, and the amount of deionized water exceeds the upper dilution limit and still does not meet the construction requirements, please notify the manufacturer.

7. Precautions:

  1. 1、The quality of metal substrate treatment will directly affect the final effect and protective performance of the coating film.
  2. 2、Before using the original paint, stir well before putting it into the tank;
  3. 3、The area at the lowest point of the painted workpiece should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the area of liquid accumulation;
  4. 4、The dipping equipment needs to be equipped with a circulating system, there is a 180 mesh filter device in the circulation system, and the filter is cleaned regularly, the function of the circulation system is to maintain the uniformity of the tank liquid and prevent the tank liquid from sinking to the bottom, and the tank liquid can only be impregnated after the tank liquid is stirred evenly;
  5. 5、If the temperature of the bath cannot be controlled within the required range (generally not higher than the indoor ambient temperature), the circulation system also needs to be equipped with a thermostat, especially when the temperature rises when external heat is brought into the bath, more attention needs to be paid to it;
  6. 6、If the tank liquid is not used for a long time, the circulation system should be opened at least once a week, not less than 30 minutes each time, and a layer of pure water or deionized water should be sprayed on the liquid surface after stopping stirring to prevent excessive sedimentation of the tank liquid and crusting on the liquid surface (except for the case that the unused tank liquid is returned to the original packaging barrel, but at this time it is necessary to prevent the introduction of external impurities);
  7. 7、If the tank is maintained normally, there is no need to clean the tank within one year, but when it is found that there is a "hard bottom" at the bottom of the tank, the tank should be cleaned in time, the tank liquid should be pumped out, the debris at the bottom of the tank should be removed, and then the tank liquid should be added and new paint added;
  8. 8、This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place at a temperature of 0°C~45°C, and the validity period is one year; If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing the inspection, and if there is a crust, the patent leather can be removed。

6. Adjustment of bath parameters:

◆ Viscosity: If the viscosity is low, the original paint should be added for adjustment, and if necessary, part of the tank liquid should be extracted and the original paint should be added for adjustment; If the viscosity is high, deionized water should be added for adjustment, but the solid content should not be less than 33%; If the viscosity is too high to be adjusted with deionized water, please notify the manufacturer to adjust it on site.

7. Precautions:

  3. 3、During dipping, the workpiece should be completely immersed in the tank liquid, and the apex should not be less than 10cm away from the surface of the tank liquid;
  4. 4、The dipping equipment needs to be equipped with a circulating system, there is a 120 mesh filter device in the circulation system, and the filter is cleaned regularly, the function of the circulation system is to maintain the uniformity of the tank liquid and prevent the tank liquid from sinking to the bottom, and the tank liquid can only be impregnated after the tank liquid is stirred evenly;
  5. 5、If the temperature of the bath cannot be controlled within the required range, the circulation system also needs to be equipped with a constant temperature device, especially when there is external heat brought into the bath to increase the temperature, more attention needs to be paid to it;

  9. 9、Before the workpiece enters the drying tunnel after dipping, there should be no less than 8~12 minutes of air drying time to prevent the paint film from being sick and affecting the performance during the baking process;
  10. 10、The maximum temperature of the drying tunnel should be controlled below 160 °C, and the temperature of the inlet of the drying channel should be controlled below 100 °C to ensure that the temperature in the drying tunnel is a stable gradient to avoid damage to the paint film;
  11. 11、This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place at a temperature of 0°C~45°C, and the validity period is one year; If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing the inspection, and if there is a crust, the patent leather can be removed。
