1. Product Overview:
- ◆Category: This product is a one-component drying pigment that uses high-grade resin as a film-forming substance;

- It has excellent pen wipeability;
- This product uses water as the dispersion medium, no ignition point at room temperature, no combustion and no explosion;

- There are no toxic and harmful substances in the construction process and the coating film forming process, which is in line with environmental protection requirements and EU RoHs directives.

4. the construction reference:
- ◆Surface treatment: Safely remove impurities such as floating ash, floating rust, oil stain on the surface of the workpiece to be painted, so that the surface of the workpiece to be painted is clean and dry；
- ◆Construction method: Roller coating；
- ◆Diluting agent: Purified water or clean tap water；
- ◆Dilution ratio: Add water according to 5%~10% of the weight of the original paint, or adjust the appropriate amount according to the specific situation；
- ◆Application viscosity: Roller coating viscosity: 60~90 seconds (coating -4 cups, 23±2°C)；
- ◆Drying method: Bake at 210±2°C for 70~90 seconds;
- ◆ Coating area: 1200m2~1400 m2 (single-layer dry film thickness 15μm ~20μm), the actual area is related to the specific construction thickness (dry film).
5. Precautions：
- The quality of the metal substrate treatment will directly affect the final effect and protective performance of the coating film；
- This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place at a temperature of 0°C~45°C, and the validity period is one year; If the storage period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing the inspection。
