Application keypoint:
1. The substrate should have no oil, no dust, no rust no water
2. Mix even and well-distributed and use de-ionized water adjust to 30-35S(25°c -4viscometer), pass 100 mesh net, put it away for 5minutes and apply. 3. Advise to spray 2 times, Natural dry 5 minutes every time, the dry film is about 30-40µm, Natural dry for 20 minutes and then oven dry.

It can be used together with waterborne epoxy primer,middle coat.
Application keypoint:
1. The metal substrate should keep clean, no dust, to be dry.
2. Mix even and well-distributed and use water to adjust the viscosity.
3.Natural dry or oven dry if in low temperature(100°C, more than 30Minutes)
4.Airless spray to be recommended.
5. Two components mixing ratio according to instructions.suitable in 6 Hours.

1. The substrate should be sand blasted or shot blasted to Sa2.5 Class, roughness 40-70 µm, to enhance the adhesion of coating with substrate
2. Mix even A,B,C and add water according to needs, adjust to 30-40S(25°c -4viscometer).
3. A:B:C mixing ratio according to packing label, the mixed coating should be used in 3hours or will affect the application quality.

anti-corrosion corrosive coating paint waterborne primer surfacer 1K, Single-component, Made by inorganic silicon and organic resin as binding material and enviornment friendly anti-rust paint and functional additives etc.
Characteristics
The primer surfacer has the function of anti-rust anti-corrosion primer also the function of protective and decorative topcoat.
It is white, can make different colors according to client requirements. Primer surfacer has strong adhesion, film hardness and scratch
resistance is better than organic anti-rust coating. It is easy to apply, quick and high cost performance.

Application

It is ordinary anti-rust coating, this coating can be a substituent to solvent primer surfacer.
Application keypoint:
1. The metal substrate should keep clean, no dust, to be dry.
2. May use water to dilute, the quantity shoule be less than 10%, and mix even.
3.The lid of the drum should be tight against surface crust.

Application

2.It is easy to precipitate mix even before use.
3.Airless spray be recommended.
4. Mix A and B two components even,the viscosity can be adjusted by water,the application time≤6H.
5. 1-2layers is recommded to spray,the time interval should be more than 12H, dry film thickness 50-70µm
